If you're interested in motorized boating, check the regulations for each park first; some parks allow motorboats, while others do not, or restrict their use to certain areas of the park.

And if you're planning to use camping facilities or a cooking area like one of the many outdoor fireplaces, you will need a reservation. Also be aware that once you make a reservation you need to pay the fee in advance, prior to using the facilities. Reservations not paid for within seven days are cancelled.
